We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed or canceled late within this 24-hour window, a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount will be incurred.
